RIVER HOUSE
Overlooking a beautiful Tasmanian waterway, the residence was designed primarily to capture the panoramic views.
Carefully considered planning located bedrooms in a private wing, with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas all accessing the view, streams of eastern and northern natural light and cross ventilation.
The steeply sloping site allowed for an open lower level entertaining area connecting with the garden, to be enclosed if desired at a future date.
