SURRY HILLS TERRACE I
A complete architectural renovation of a non-habitable terrace with a heritage listed facade, to create an artist’s studio and flexible accommodation spaces for artists in residence.
The result was an industrial light-filled atrium and studio, blending contemporary concrete and steel with the warmth and texture of the 1800’s exposed brickwork.
